Do gift vouchers expire?

Gift vouchers typically expire within 2 years. After redemption, the issued exam voucher is valid for 1 year from the redemption date.

How do I redeem a gift voucher?

Choose the certification, click Buy Voucher, then apply the gift voucher code in the Gift/Coupon field during checkout.

When can I use a retake?

If a retake is available on your voucher, you can use it anytime before the voucher expires.
