Do exam vouchers expire?
Yes. Our exam vouchers expire within one year from the purchase date.
Any available retake included with the same voucher follows the same validity
period.
Do gift vouchers expire?
Gift vouchers normally expire within 2 years.
That means within two years your recipient needs to redeem the gift voucher.
After redeeming, the issued exam voucher gets 1 year validity starting from the
redeemed date.
How do I redeem a gift voucher?
- Go to our Certifications page and open the certification your gift voucher is for.
- Click Buy Voucher to go to checkout.
- Fill in your details (email, full name, etc.).
- In the Gift/Coupon input, paste the gift voucher code and click Apply.
- It will remove any necessary payment and allow you to redeem with no payment.
When can I use a retake?
You can take any available retake anytime before the voucher expires.
Do you offer refunds?
We don’t offer refunds for any purchase. If you fail an exam, we also do not provide a refund
for that.
I didn’t receive my voucher email. What should I do?
First, please log in to your student portal and check your purchases/vouchers here:

Also check your spam/junk folder.

I didn’t get my student portal account details. What should I do?
After a successful certification or training purchase, our system automatically creates a
student account
using the details you submitted during checkout.
If you didn’t receive the account email, go to portal.knightsquad.academy and use the Reset Password option with the email you used at checkout.

Can I change my student account email?
Currently, we don’t allow changing the student account email address.
Can I change my full name on a certificate after I pass the exam?
After you take the exam and pass, you can’t change your full name for that certificate.
Please make sure your name is correct before taking the exam.
