Yes. Exam vouchers expire one year from the purchase date. Any included retake follows the same validity period.
02 Do gift vouchers expire?
Gift vouchers typically expire within two months. After redemption, the issued exam voucher is valid for one year from the redemption date.
03 How do I redeem a gift voucher?
Choose the certification, select Buy Voucher, and apply the gift voucher code in the Gift/Coupon field during checkout.
04 When can I use a retake?
If a retake is available on your voucher, you can use it at any time before the voucher expires.
05 I did not receive my voucher email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder, then sign in to the student portal and review your exams. If the voucher is still missing, contact support with your full name and invoice or order ID.
06 How do I verify a certificate?
Use our credential verification page and enter the certificate ID, such as KSA-XXXXX, to confirm its authenticity.
