Sponsorship lifecycle

From request to event closeout.

  1. Submit the event brief

    Share the organizer, audience, date, format, expected reach, and requested support.

  2. Review and confirmation

    We assess fit and availability, then confirm the approved package and conditions in writing.

  3. Run the event

    Use the support as agreed and include sponsor acknowledgment in the confirmed event materials.

  4. Complete the closeout

    Send the post-event record so the promised certification vouchers can be processed.
